dwc big bud and bud candy question?? +rep

hey ive been useing these additives along with gh 3 series nutes n everytime i put all them together it alwayz burns the plants bad!! i lowered the dose n still was burened!! my question is wen is the best time to add the nutes it says from week 1 to 6 but i heard its better to use it from week 7-9?? please someone shed some light on this thanx

Did you start at 1/4th the recomended dose?

im going through something similar, a friend told me that i should flush my plants and then give the nutes at different times of the day. its supposed to give the plant time to finish with one and then work on the other.And i would give it to them at week 4 and five, maybe a little of 6. (7 week flowering schedule)

yeah i tryed 1/4 strength n still burned them bad i was gonna try 1/8 but idk cuz my plant is badly burnt already n i just flushed it for 2 days. DC wat do u mean by giving them 2 diffrent nutes a day like 1/2 day gh nutes n the other half big bud and bud candy??

yeah the theroy is the plant can handle one set of nutes at a time better then having to deal with two. i have used thst method for a week and a half and I do see some improvment.

when i did it, i flushed my plants, about a half an hour later I gave them 1/8 strength of the reg bloom nutes. then a couple hours later 20 min. before the lights were going out I gave them the bud enhancers at an 1/8 strength. i did that every 2-3 days(flushing included) and the problem started to clear up.

and Im using boibizz bio bloom and kool bloom bud enhancer(wanted to stay organic but didnt have the funds)

what were you ppm? i am using gh 3 part and koolbloom and havent had a problem , just have to read the plant and work your way up.

dc +rep uve been mad helpful WISEGUY i havent brought a ppm reader yet imma buy that in a couple of weeks i no its a must wen doing dwc but i havent ran intop ne problems till i got my additives

only thing i would suggest if you are not using a meter, go half strength with everything until you this problem quits. less is more in dwc

You need to make sure that you are using 25% less of the Big Bud and the Bud Candy when you use them.

And personally, I would only use them with AN nutes, not with GH. The two types of nutes might conflict. I try to stick with one brand at a time.

Otherwise, you might have unforeseen complications that neither nute company could anticipate. After all, they don't test their products with the stuff the other guys use...

Don't mix stuff up, IMHO

Throw the additives away. Everything you need is in that 3 part and you don't even need 1 of the parts.

I am convinced the rest is snake oil. Sure, some of it might help but they aren't helping you. So why use it?

motherhugger n bendbrewer +rep ur both rite im just mad that i wasted money on big bud n bud candy even tho i used them in my last grow with technaflloras nutes n had good sucess but i just wanted to try gh nutes which is betta but much stronger i guess

first of all big bud and bud candy are almost the same type product big bud creats 20 % more yield and bud candy creats around half of that used stand alone bud bud candy will give you enhanced flavor even the site recommend that u can use them together with there guide but i think its just a way for u to spend more money lol i say do a test half ur plants use bb and the other half use bc and maybe on one use both just to see the notable differences
