Single best method for yield increase?

What was the single best method you used that helped u increase your yield? Example Lst, topping, Super Crop, scrog, smart pots, different brand nutes. And how much more yield did you get?

Even if it doesn't, who doesn't want to grow monster plants fast. faster veg equals less time waiting for those ladies to mature
