Moving, but want to move my plants also.

So as the title says, i think i will be moving from my 1br apt to a 3br house. For only 50 dollars more on rent. So i have to take it.

Heres my problem.. I have 6 plants(minus possible males) about 10-12inches tall in the flowering closet. I also have 6 plants in my veg cab. I want to try and keep them all if possible.

I will be able to move in between the 15th and the 20th of this month. I have this place until the 15th of next month.

So should i move all my normal stuff first? get set up with a new temporary area. (veg cab wont be a problem to move) Its just the 400w hps, 2 inline fans, ducting, misc soil, nutes, and a booster fan.

Also not sure where i am going to put my flowering section. (Maybe grow tent in the bedroom)

Which is not bad, just box most of it up and tape it good, throw it in the moving van. How should i transport the plants? Boxes? Trash bags? Hell i might just throw them in the backseat of my car and go.

Has anyone had to do this? If so, please explain your experience to me. :]

Just had this same experience, and moved 6 plants vegged to about 18-24 inches. Also am using a 400 w hps. Also moved to a much nicer 3 bdr house. lmao

Back seat of the car is how we did it. With me sitting back there, and one plant in the front seat. By God's Will we did it twice without any hassle.

I just did this on the first of this month and moved about 65 plants and a setup for a 2 car garage! I just moved everything that has to do with grow at night and had a friend of mine help who had an suv and then i also put plants fans etc in my car. Worked pretty good without any problems at all. You should be fine! Good luck in the new house.

I am also about to have the same exact situation. Moving from a 2br condo to a 3br house. No one has really said how they hid the plants. I cant just carry these things outta my condo. I was thinking putting them in boxes that fit the pot perfect so they wont tip over in there. What did you guys use? It looks like 2 of mine wont be done in time and will be about 3 ft tall with giant nugs... gonna be fun lol.

I am just afraid that i wont have a good place for running exhaust. Then have to do some modifications, like what if i cant give the plants the proper light cycle, say letting them go 2 days or so without lights, cooling etc? I see hermis in my future.

I have about 15-20 min drive, about half interstate. Ill be renting a uhaul for my main shit first, then i guess ill deconstruct the room, take the lights and whatnot, leaving the plants, get everything set up then bring the plants over. Hmm, but if i need a tent, prolly should order it now... hmmm... and i live in a apt complex, so people are sitting on the porch right across from me all hours of the night.... ill just throw a trash bag over em....

Move some of ur stuff first juts incase someone is watching,ill put them hoes in a big box n maybe tape them on the bottom so they dont fall n put them babies on the trunk, so it can look like ur moving heavy electronics. If u got someone helping u it would be better but someone u trust with the plants.

Yea i plan on moving all my stuff with the uhaul, and then every few nights bring grow stuff and plants in the car. I do have two guys that i can trust, that will be helping me. But out of the 3 of us, i am the only one with a drivers licence.
