Violator Kush
Strain: Violator Kush
Breeder: Barney's farm
Grow info: Vegged from rooted clone from a mother that was approx 3 month old. Clone was vegged for 8 weeks and flowered for 59 days, when Trichomes were about 10 % amber 90% milky, it was chopped at the base without any manicuring to ensure chlorophyll breaks down into smells, thc/cannabinoid complexity, taste and potency
Cure at time of the test: 9 days.
Bag appeal: A+, the buds are neon/sage green with allot of density, looks to have been touched by the first frost. Hundreds of hard, round ,calyxes stacking on one another, form towered fox-tale calyx structures, becoming more evident the finer the manicure.
Here is an example.
Before manicure
After manicure
You can still get even finer in the manicure with detail.
Smell: accents of "poo" and "rubber" with deep, tropical fruit undertones, all together comes to form a "cotton candy" aroma. Very complex.
The bud, in flower, looks like pearls are under the THC and plant matter, its very beautiful.
Taste: is just as good as the smell, its tropical fruity, and very earthy and kushy.
Effect: Very much relaxing and calming, good for pain or sleep aid. Great for bedtime and relaxing at night, stress relief properties, as well as anxiety relief attributes, a very very complex feel to it, a self centered calmed and stoned effect, when you get real medicated you seem to trip over your words and you fell numb, feels like you took muscle relaxers.
Very medicinal strain, scale 1-10, and 10 being the best i give it a 10, cause it does its thing very well. 22% THC. CBD 1.5
Medicinal uses:
Anxiety
Chronic pain
back/neck pain
muscle spasms
insomnia
stress
appetite
Final thoughts: I thought its a beautiful must try strain for any one who has ever been interested, it is a must keep strain as well, i believe i had a different pheno than most, it was some crazy sativa looking pheno but im going to keep her around for a long time. Barney's farm description of Violator Kush is extremely accurate, when they say you need to support the buds in flower, you have to, my whole plant capsized after i cut her support strings. Pretty damn good for a attitude pick n mix single order.
I will update this report with more information soon.
I will report on the edibles and concentrates as soon as they are made.
This is a picture after i hung the plant upside down after cutting at the base.
