you are literally ready to grow. His roomate must have been growing though, just keeping it a secret. Theres no way someone spends that much money and dosnt do it.
I was thinking the same thing, screw throwing anything out. Water diluted with a little bleach will kill the mold...soak everything for about an hour or so. Just make sure you rinse throughly and then rise again. Dry the buckets out with a clean towel and put a fan blowing on the rocks in a strainer and make sure to rotate them so they dry evenly. Assuming you are not going to grow right away (at least a week) store it in a cool, dry place and rinse again before use. Seriously, why waste?just clean all that jazz up and use it. thats a great find
Dude! DO NOT throw away those buckets those are dwc aqua farms with a top drip feed built in, very very nice and expensive.
