Yeah, but you'd still be ruining the lives of small business owners... sure there may be insurance to cover some of the damage, but the effect takes a bigger toll than that and insurance payouts can take years...

These small business owners are your neighbors and your friends... they're more than likely not the people you're rioting against, so why harm them? Makes no sense.
