Need help choosing a strain.

Hello guys, this is my first post of hopefully many, so gl to me.

What i was wondering is this...
I have a large loft with tons of windows but only about seven hours of direct sun and i am looking to grow indoors but under the sun (reasons vary and are many :)).

Now, i am looking for a strain...
I'm looking for a strain with high yield (above 500gr/m^2) short height (up to 120 cm), 50-70% sativa or with an euphoric high that flowers in december or later with a 8-10 week flowering period. Would be glad if the THC could be above 18%.

This is my first grow operation so i'll need the strain be fairly easy to grow, and bug and mold resistant.

And, would the limited amount of direct sun light will lower quality, and by how much?

I don't think seven hours of sunlight would work at all, you need 18 hours at least for the vegetative stage and 12 hours of light for flowering, you will definitely need some lights. If you do end up getting lights i would recommend "pure power plant" its really easy to grow.

Mandela Seeds Satori, limited sunlight will lower quantity not quality that's genetic.
Unless you're in the Southern Hemisphere or lower latitudes like South California it's to late you'll need lights.

outdoors season is definitely over. and for lights you should be giving them at least 8 hours of sunlight, some strains even like 12/12.
i recommend nirvana's white rhino, she doesn't grow tall and she is ridiculously potent. this strain is known for its high thc content and it flowers quickly, about 9 weeks.
another good strain you can consider is querkle from TGA Subcool. my buddy grew this out and it was pretty compact. it didnt smell like bud at all in flower just smelled like the guy always had fresh grapes around.

I appreciate you taking the time to reply to me.
Things have changed in the past few days...
After reading some replies, and checking prices i came to the conclusion that i will grow 5-6 plants, under lights, with, most likely, hydroponics.
The price will range, (since i don't want to order form abroad) approx 600 euros plus seeds.
This is what i'm getting:
250 watt HPS and MH lamps + fixtures + fan cover.
10k of Perlite
Seeding cubes
Hydropoics stand
0.5 liter of compound for vegetation
0.5 liter of compound for flowering
1 pipe for clean water, Hyundai
1 pipe for nut water, same
pH ,hunidity and temp meters

I've decided to grow Bubblegum so can anybody recommend a guide? Or is that a wise choice at all?

These reviews made me realize that i want this strain even more.
I am focused on yield, height and head length. Which makes Bubblegum perfect + i've always wanted to taste it.

DNA chocolope would have worked great . A great bubble gum strain that is cheap is white labels double gum. Grew it before and the smoke was grade A and tasty.

Well, i couldn't find a site that ships to Israel so i had to order Bubblegum (in 4 months i'll grow something else).
Thanks everybody for their help, i'll take it on from here. :).
