Ann Arbor has a super friendly attitude toward marijuana, been that way long before it was even legal too.
I'm in the D, they tolerant here as long as you don't go overboard, the main problem here is B & Es and rippers.
I had my whole setup stole along with all my stock in 08 found out it was some punk kids, 10 yrs ago if that shit would have happened I'd be in jail
It's a good thing I share my strains, BASTARDS!!

If you in the healthcare profession there's plenty of jobs, if you're a worker type save yourself the hassle I know ppl who haven't worked in 2+ years and they're looking everyday. As long as you don't bother nobody and pay attention to your surroundings it's like any other large urban area.

Im looking at lansing/ann arbor area to move to..If not there then im off to northern cali humbolt county...
I don't know what the laws and regulations for marijuana are in humbolt county, but at the moment MI's law sucks and always will until they change how they word the law and certain regulations. To say your allowed 12 plants per patient, but only 2.5 ounces per patient of "useable marijuana", its impossible to stay legal even if your staggering your grow. I am a Caregiver with one patient, So I can grow 12 plants but when I harvest ONE of the big plants I have, I'll be over the 2.5 ounces automatically. Then you have to take into account drying and curing..... how? NOT POSSIBLE. Even If I was to grow really small plants the drying and curing process can take 4+ weeks and I will have to harvest more in that time frame.

Just a thought.

Michigan is higher risk higher profit if you can produce top indoors

Cali is safer with lower profit if you don't take advantage of the outdoor season

Lots of word of the dea running rampant ransacking stores and people getting robbed. Lower quality and higher prices but more legal risk and higher chances of outside interference. Michigan has become a hub on the east for bud produced in cali and Oregon people ship it there in bulk to be sold for higher returns to the clubs or handled and brought down to the higher price markets of new York

Do you have proof of this cause I think your mistaken? If you were to go to a dispensary where I'm at in MI, it is bud from caregivers in the area. I know because I'm one of them.
