It's a 400w. I've been using a 250w for the past 4 years in this cab but decided to try a 400w out. The reflector is store bought but they don't carry it anymore.

I am completely aware of that, sometimes bends are needed. The bends i am sure you are referring to are there to kill the light. I do not have temp problems, but yes bent ducting does indeed reduce airflow.

SO guess what i discovered today.? Some fucking HERMIES.. But check it out:
My room is light sealed, there are no light leaks in my room, the plants undergo little stress. Temps are not perfect but not above 90. Out of my 11 big girls going i found 2 hermies. I have 7 Ogre OGs and 2 SFV OGS and 1 Tahoe OG and 1 LArry OG. The only two that hermied happen to be the 2 SFV OGs. There are other plants right by these two and if it was due to a light leak i wanna say the others would be hermied too. So i got some questions:
How long does it take for a hermied plant to produce pollen and put my other girls at risk?
What are some signs the plant has released pollen?
Is it just a coincidence or could it be the genetics behind the SFV OGs?
Don't worry i have gotten rid of both of those plants, along with the mother plant i was keeping. And i plan on killing off the 15+ clones im vegging right now. The seeds have obviously had time to develop as there were a bunch of them. There were also areas that had a few banana looking things sticking out. Im worried there may be pollen in my room and it is just a matter of time before shit hits the fan. PICS, im sure you want those. Sorry but i was too busy getting them herms out of my neighborhood. I immediately too them out the rooom then thought i should get some flics to post. I only had my iphone and the lighting was shitty. I got two pics. Both Blurry. One Shows some seeds, other shows the banana site i was referring too. Help pleasse.

amazing shots bro. absolutly beautiful! got predictions for this harvest? looks to be bountiful. ha like your pest control, did you use it for defence or offence? and if the latter for what pest?

Those no pest strips kill just about everything, including people. I am using them as an offense while i still can. And im using it for mites. Until i manage to get my hands on this one spray. I would not use these things past 4 weeks flower. I just wanted to make sure the flower room is mite free while these girls bud, as the mites were discovered in the veg cab.
As far as predictions, one elbo would make me happy, but i like to aim low so im not disappointed.

ha i here that for predictions hehe. dont know what ppl u killed with the sripps but the probly needed it ha, yea i used mine for off. against fungus gnats and mites, 2weeks later it was and is being used for defence. y wouldnt tou use them past 4 weeks?

the things are really poisonous, or at least the label makes it seem like it. I don't use it past week 4 because i dont want to be smoking that shit. I might keep em in a little past week 4 but i dont keep em in there much longer..

ive used it the last 5 weeks of flower with no noticed harm to the overall quality of product or myself. still your choice bro for shur, just what happened in my case. i do agree the lable seemed a bit ominous, but its easy as fuck open n drop/hang and works to. oh i got cats as well, both fine also..

I have a hard time keeping my tahoe perky ... such a finicky cut ...
But hands down one of the most elite cuts out there.....
Try to use some flash under the hps .....

impressed huh? i like to impress ppl. lol
Everything is going great except i might have pollinated some of the girls by not removing those hermies before they pollinated.
The tahoe, it is the second time i have grown it and it is a really fire strain. Growing it has been pretty easy she just likes to stretch. The tahoe out of my crop is the lanky one. It is probably only 3 ft or less compared to the rest that are 3.5ft.
Also a few of those pics are taken with a flash, Ill get some pics w/o the hps when those nugs start swelling up. I just perspnally dont like to cut off the lights and turn em back on..
