It'll be more like 2 years before you have to worry about the miles. Jan Brewer filed a lawsuit effectively halting dispensaries from even beginning the application process. San Diego did similar, it took about a year for the Supreme Court to throw it out. If the same timeframe were applied, it would give you an additional year.

How are people doing in the az today. I am a qualified patient and caregiver. Yes I am cultivating... I just finished my second grow ever and I am looking forward to the next run. I use t5s for everything so please don't hate on me too much. I like using them because I don't have to worry about heat from my lights as much. I am happy that Jan brewer has this law in court and I hope it lasts two years... honestly we need to petition to have the stupid 25 mile rule repealed. anyone with me on that one?

I would assume that most of the compassion clubs are nothing more than psuedo dispensaries. It's kinda funny. Jan brewer hates prop 203 so much that she made it possible for broke ass patients like me to grow my own. Kinda makes me feel like voting for her... not really, though.

I am filming a prop 203 documentary... it'll be the first pot doc that'll focus on problems within the industry in AZ (25 mile rule and dispensary and cultivating restrictions) if any cultivators who want to tell the world how much exactly it costs to grow; we should post shopping lists with MSRP on the stuff we had to buy to be ready to cultivate according to prop 203.

I know for a fact that you will spend up to if not over $1,000.00 dollars on a complete sealed environment grow room. Done correctly I dont mean where everything is jerry riggged.
1000W HPS & ballast and hood = 350.00
Nutrients ( GH for example ) = $100.00
Medium ( soil, hydroton, coco) = $20.00 per bag
Mylar or Panda Film = $50.00
PH, TDS & Temp meter = $60.00 - $250.00
Net pots, buckets and misc= $75.00
Co2 monitor = $150.00-$800.00
Co2 refills = $25.00 per
Co2 Tank ( 1 time buy) = $100.00
Water Chiller = $ 300.00-$500.00
Can fans = $100.00-$300.00 ( depending brand, size and quantity )
Carbon Scrubber = $100.00 - $300.00 ( depending on size)
Air Stones = $4.00 per
T5 = $220.00
Misc. hardware ( trimming scissors, humidifiers, hygrowmeters, etc) = $100.00
There thats my sealed room and I didnt even include electricity and water ...

That is about what I have in mine. Only thing I think beaver forgot was an extra a/c unit is almost a necessity out here. But I guess that isnt required just ideal.

Yeah I forgot to add AC.. I used one in my first closet grow no Co2.. Now I use the house central AC
me too. you must factor this added usage into the operating costs. not only the added electricity but also the accelerated wear and tear. i fyou would like a cost break down you can pm me for details.

I know I am paying approx $50 more a month to run an extra a/c. There is no logical, sane reason why anyone who is legally able to cultivate now should be forced to pay and stop supplying themselves later despite who opens up next door. That is like telling someone "okay there's a burger king that just opened so now you have to stop using your $500 grill, buying your own seasoning, and making your own angus burgers. Oh and if you ever want to eat a burger you have to got to the burger king." I guess I got the muchies right now, lol j/k. But seriously folks I know I spent over $1000 dollars to just be in compliance and to have a decent set up.

yea but when private interests control the government; you have a corporate oligarchy. I'd sooner try socialism first because I don't think coca-cola really gives two shits about me. My government has more use to keep all of us alive (we are the economy). but this ain't a political thread
