Is this pot or not?

My friend found this growing in his yard and he swears it is pot but I am still not totally sold. I'm still a newbie to growing herb so I'm not totally sure. He brought it over and we put it under the flowering light as it seems it's already budding. I don't want to run the light if this isn't what I think it is (although it looks exactly like it) and I just want to be sure before I continue. Thanks fellas!

Now whatcha gonna do with it? She's a looker, for sure!!

You sure that aint a clone? Looks awful small to be flowering (unless you dropped seeds about a month or so ago) The structure looks more like a clone than a plant from seed.
