5ft 1 and 100lbs
I used to be really fat because I just snacked alot. Then I developed depression etc and hit 93 lbs, then started smoking and went to 115, then went on a break and lost nearly 10lbs in the first 3 days.
I don't know if you've considered it already but going on a smoking break might help you lose some.
Congratulations on the amount you've lost already, that's a huge achievement and I hope your self esteem is as greatly improved as your waistline Hun. You made up your mind what you wanted and made it happen x
