yea you would think good dirt would be easy to come by but its not in alot of areas.I live pretty rural so we have decent farm stores but not many additives.my hydro store is 75 miles from here! so I know bout searching for supplies lol
There's not one within 100 miles of me, according to yellowpages.com. My goal in this thread was simple. Small time growers don't want to spend an arm and a leg. People running CFL grows and single or double plant closet grows are probably better off using time release soil, as long as they know what they are doing. I've done my last 5 grows with MG products alone since I moved, and learned a lot from it. It's actually possible to do an entire grow with MG Organic or any other MG product without supplemental nutes. Granted you are gonna have a smaller yield but it's possible. I did an auto-northern lights grow like that and it did quite well actually, was the most successful of the 5 plants I grew.
