Hey guys, first time poster/ grower. I Got some seeds that were called northern lights juicy fruit skunk, i had some issues with spidermites so i got some neem oil and mixed 10ml neem oil, 5 ml dish soap, 1L lukewarm water and have intentions of spraying the plant every 3 days for 2 weeks. I have sprayed them twice now and just took this picture. is this from the spray? o they are outdoor, sitting in my backyard in a pot :P

Good question, I have an outdoor grow too and it has some dark or brown tips on the buds too. I thought that was normal but it will be nice to see what other, more experienced people think.

I've got the exact same. I'm just into flowering also. Tiny bets of the ends of the leaves are also brown (outdoor x2 cheese)

:(

Happening to me as well guys. Can I go out on a limb and say this is normal? I'm on my second outdoor grow but I don't remember when they browned last time.

Its' pretty normal. I've sprayed Pyrytheum several times (whiteflies, mites) and it doesn't seem to cause it.

Hey guys i think wen the plants start to go into flowering the start to feed off of itself thats why the leaves loose color. Cuz the fan leaves are wat hold the nuets for the colas

The OP isn't asking about fan leaf yellowing (which is normal during flowering) but the red pistils on their buds.

He was wondering if the neem oil spray caused the browning on the pistils. It is normal, and if the need oil did anything at all, it's too minor to worry about. They look healthy
