same here, feel I definately could have vegges longer maybe I will own that bad azz light next go around, I think that will make a huge difference.

i was just thinking the same thing. not to knock the cfls because i will have some bud. but i feel like i can have alot more.so HPS next grow. i also want to try fax farm nutes. i like the results from other grow. but i'll have enuff bmo left for one more grow. than try fox farm.

So 6 weeks of 12-12 and the ladies look ok, 2 of them look real good. I can see triches turning amber in the crystal while the 4 MK have not started turning. I flushed this weekend and will flush again tomorrow.

how did you check your triches????? i bought the radio shack 60x-100x scope and it sucks hard to hold steady.
Im on week 7 and week 8 is on weds. i think i need two more weeks for my sweet dreams and about 4 for the bagseed.(1 bagseed is just starting to bud near week 8. LSTed the 2 main colas couple of days ago and it is back to growing up. might take 14-16 weeks to finish.

im dropping my nutes on the sweet dreams to next to nothing. and my bagseed look mostly sativa and they are still young compare to my sweet dreams. only grew them to have variety so i dont have to smoke the same thing till next grow.

Im going white window and some type of afghan for next grow. done with bagseed. good experience but i dont like not knowing what i got. (high, finishing time, height etc)

Hey there $, I have a 10/20x jewelers lupe, it is basically a small magnify glass. I will tryn post a pic soon and let u know where I got if I can remember. Pretty sure I will harvest some ina week or 2 and the rest in3 so I can see the difference in the buzz. I totally hear what u mean about having variety, 3 strains, I cant wait!

Yeah im taking the scope back and getting a lupe. Dont have time to order online not paying express shipping. unless i can get something here in a couple of days.

Pretty sure I got it off eBay, where I live I could not find it any of the retail stores, in town the largest was a 8x magnify at walgreens.it is pretty cool to be able to see, hope u get one.

ordered one from amazon this morning for $3.75 and it should be here on tues. i dont think they will be ready by than.

I was fortunate enough to have 2 of my darlings adopted to a 400w cool tube type light. They were moved about 4 weeks into flowering, they were also transplanted into larger pots. You may remeber the runt of the liter, she is almost 2' and healthy a can be. The only "major" difference was light used. The ladies are twice as sticky as the ones that were left under my CFLs. I would never talk bad about CFLs but I will be upgrading.

Yeah I tried 4' florescent tubes, then went to using CFL's in a small case, now i'm on to 2x150watt HPS floodlights...so far its a dramatic difference this time using the HPS...short plants that are nice and bushy, no stretching. It was ok to use a bunch of CFL's in a small microgrow environment, but if you actually want to produce thick bitchin buds, HID is the way to go it seems...

my 30x loupe came in and i cant really tell if the triches are clear or cloudy.... they just look like rain drops..... are you pressing it right up to the bud or leaves????

I read the whole thing looks nice. :)
@ Fresh if you see rain drops then they are Clear.

I too have a CFL cab going I have one dangling Y below the tops giving light to the lower sections.
Spreading out your lights can help a bunch. I have 5 moguls with 7 bulbs. 2 are 27k 4@65k 1@5k 2 of the 65k are 8inch long cfls. They were 111 pesos! (10.)

U won't miss it when they turn, some will look real dark orange. The white widows are not showing any change yet either. Yes, I am practically only about 1-2 inches from buds when checking triches.

Well things have been hecktic lately, not only did I harvest this weekend but we had a lil girl, 6lbs 2oz! well some notes. Next time I will manicure more leaves before I actually harvest and I will plan for more time so I can manicure right after harvesting ( as U will see my "problem"). The ladies smell awesome and look pretty darn good with a few exceptions. I will also need to get some quality scissors for my next harvest. well the pics could be better but this is what I came up with. I will probably post a couple of more times to show pics of nugs and post weight. I am gonna let dry for 2 -3 more days and will cure for about 1-2 weeks but of course I will get some tester burns in and let u know how it is!
