I would say bring up a 50/50 split. If he doesn't bite, offer 50/50 and a split power bill. I'd expect for 4 lbs a month, you would have to be running about 4000W. It won't be that expensive, and he may overestimate the cost.

Experienced grower asked to setup and run a grow op. Everything covered: expense, location, security, legal (as much as possible under CA medical laws) issues all handled. All I'm expected to do is come in and run the operation (and produce a quality product, naturally). I completely understand the risk. No need for explicit details, but I'm expecting to harvest 4 lbs/month once up and running.


What percentage of the harvest should I get as compensation?
(I'm leaning toward asking for 25%, am I lowballing myself? Wholesale is $2000-3000/lb out here)

a doctors reccomendation for medicinal cannabis automatically entitles you to grow ATLEAST 12 immature/6 matture plants. If youre trying to be a vendor and start a pretty big operation, I think there is more involved than that...check the norml website

u guys act like its a full time job to grow...lol 3g's a month is a good deal for a few hrs put in a day to just tend to some shit he was gonna do anyway for free

thats what i was thinking, and no 2gs a month isnt ALOT of money, but its a nice fucking chunk every month TAX FREE, if you have a w2 job you would need to make at least 25% more to net the 2gs, before exspenses, I own a business (not growing lol) and I would take this deal in a heartbeat lol 2gs a month tax free beats a stick in the eye

50% all day, everyday. No less.. without you there is nothing. They bring the equip, you bring the ability to get it going.

One thing to look for though.. they might want to learn from you, which would make you useless...
