The mod selecting is a bit wierd. all newbies i don't know lol
Not that i care who mods the place
Ya i have no idea wth happened. I talked to potroast before (completely different situations) and he seems like a very reasonable guy. But hehe getting a bunch of noobs to mod the site, was not the best route to go IMO.
Guess well just have to wait and see what happens.

timeismoney: your bubbly girly personality is far too passive for a website of potheads. We understand truth and we are although happy people, generally pessimistic. You might have 5,000 posts, but your knowledge speaks for itself. Let people have their opinions and if you disagree, disagree, and stop reverting to pointing out negative attitudes. You are the one with the negative attitude, other people are venting and you are picking apart their words. Some of us are completely baked when we are posting on here..

I do, however, think 300 posts is not nearly enough to be given moderator powers. Most of these mods are beyond knowledgeable but this thread is perplexing. I have been a mod on fiberglassforums.com, and I like to tell myself I deserved it with my history and ability to share information clearly, and determine what wasn't appropriate content. Hopefully these rookie's do a good job and don't destroy the reputation of being a knowledgeable fun place to learn and rant.

Hmm i dunno as a mod you "moderate" make sure the rules and regulations get enforced. Should have a knowledge of growing of course but not there job to give advice. You would really think it should be in the job description tho.. Lead by example as i was always though in the military. But you should NEVER get your emotions get in the way. Like i have been seen a lot of the mods do. Even had one pming me cussing me out just recently ;)

Makes sense i suppose, although why have mods if they arn't checking on the bad advice? You know correcting advice for the better? just a thought, suppose good behavior will have to do

Well potroast personally hates me...so ya that could never happen. Also I don't want the power of mod. It'd require me to actually stick around more then I care for.

I don't mind new mods but fuck. Why let someone who has barely been here mod members who already know the rules and how it goes? It just doesn't make sense. Even making crypt a mod was retarded. Not because It's him but because he's been banned I dunno how many times. It just seems like a weak ass selection process if people from May get powers over people who deserve them. Mod on my young mods but kids shouldnt mod. I can tell he's young by how he writes.
rollitup made all the choices.
