cheers lads for the good comments...but hate to say that the little ladies in the pic's have been fried....as im a newbie grower its very much an experament @ min for me... but do have 8 more germinating in my new propagator which seem to be doing ok... 2x super lemon haze 2x violator kush 2x pinapple chunk 2x big bud all fem's hope these beauties grow......

Very nice set-up. What is the lighting do you have in there? It looks like you have a T5 and an HID. Make sure not to use them both at once when they are seedlings.

cheers man....i have a 250 hps and thats a thermostatic tube heater near the bottom that looks like a t5, gets preety cold here at night. but seems like im having problems again i know it takes practice that makes perfect but i really dont know what im doing wrong. i germinated my seeds in kitchen towel (all went well) transfered them to a decent sowing medium and put them in propagator, then the seeds popped through the soil, but the seed casing was still rather enclosed so i took them out of propagator and placed under 70w cool white bulb about afoot and half away, but no change????? its been like 3-4 days now since ive put under light.
does this sound ok or am i doing something wrong?????
temp - 23-26c
humidity - 47-55%
soil is moist
fresh air 24hrs aday
light - 70w cool white on 18/6 with 1200 lumens.. 1.5 feet away from soil.

thats what i thought but once they pop the mould seems to get to em, not sure what it is thats causing it??? too much water, direct air flow from the outside havnt got the foggiest???? im slowly giving up hope, ive spent like £300 on seeds and had not 1 come true.. im doing something wrong just cant seem to figure it out..ive read hundreds of posts on germinating and seedling stage and tried various types of germination, of which i found soaking for 24 hrs then into damp tissue to be best and easiest way, and all of the seeds germinated this way germinate very well leaving with a 10 - 15mm taproot with in 48 - 60 hrs, its the next stage that i feel unconfident and uneasy....knowing that at this stage the seed and taproot are very sensitive..and everytime i plant them either in seedling soil, jiffy pellets or root roit cubes they never seem to pop above the surface apart from the occasional 1 that when broke above the surface the stem and seed casing is covered in a yellowish fungus thats just kills it????
well it feels good to get this off my chest, feeling aload lighter lol...
right im off to role 1 or 2 and then im hitting the sheets as i need to be up @ 5am..

First and foremost, nice craftsmanship on the cab Brother !! Awesome Job !! Now for the above ... being a newbie on here as well, and even not where you are (Still building my veg station) ... I know how you feel with the $$ aspect, and not seeing your dream come to life ... Don't give up ..I know that it seems all for not brother, but when it comes down to where you finally tweek it to perfection ... And YOU Will !! Then we all can say that you have your first grow and harvest under your belt ! Take care and don't give up !!

the door opens from the front i.e with the drawers. it was an old set of drawers that wasnt being used, so i took the front off the drawers and fixed them all together as a solid door..
thanks for all your kind remarks people,
i am in the process of building a fairly big stealth cabinet so once i do have some plants ready for flower ( if i ever get to that stage....lol) they will be transfered..
