Yellow leaves day 24 of flower

8 of those yellow leaves w/ purple stems

used big grow during veg
1000w hps light
temp 78
hum 41- 46%
mar 1 watered w cal max
mar 5 no change so soil flush
mar 11 plants still same no change

If it is only the top of the plant your light is too close. Heat is not the issue its the intensity of the light.

Either your PH is off or your not feeding it enough. Probably PH. Flush it first with ph balanced water 4 times the volume of the pot. Then get a PH meter and keep feeding the plant full nute solution ph 6.8-7.

Picture looks like classic nitrogen deficiency. Definitely check the pH like the others said and if it is fine, consider giving it a half strength of the veg nutes. Don't overdo the veg N because N can slow flowers but, give it just enough to stop the yellowing.

I dont think its ph, cause ph usually burns the leaves, not yellows. im guessing N def like Smkn said. to avoid this i keep full veg nutes for week 1 flower, half and half for week 2(once u start seeing flowers produced) and by week 3 i have 1/4 veg and 3/4 bloom. by week 4 i feed full bloom. i noticed this helps the plant transition, so you dont run into N def like you have.

ive got fox farms big bloom that ill be using it contains a very small amount of nitrogen so ill use that . the soil ph is about 7 . on a stick type meter it says between 7 and 8 . in a soil test kit it was between 6.5 and 7. thanks for the help.

i would try to drop it down to about 6-6.5 in soil

its deffinetley nitrogen dificiency, that is where you get your color!!

actually its green spectrum of light reflecting off of the chlorophyll which gives plants their green color. its turns yellow cause the chlorophyll isnt happy cause it doesnt have enough nitrogen.

Yes- of course its yellow because of N deficiency but the question is, is it because the PH is off that the plant is not getting the nutes, or is it because hes not feeding enough nutes. By the way, PH doesnt burn the leaves, overnuting them does. The wrong ph will just make it impossible for the plant to absorb nutrients effectively and may also lead to root rotting.

when your plant is in bud the levels of nitrogen it was needing for veg arent needed. I have read many times that plants will yellow often when budding because they are concentrating more on buddind rather than vegging., More phosphourus is used now so even if you try all the ideas you have been given you still may have yellow leaves, This does not mean its an issue. Ive had budding plants that were very yellow , still very good yeaid and quality. as well the plants were very healthy (except for being yellow)
just something i have read quite afew times so i would check it out.

Could this be the scenario in some "yellow" cases? I notice that many times the plants directly under my light turn yellow and fade outward to green. I use a 600watt HPS.
