plywood sheetrock 2x4 1x4
anything good
okay sweet!! Ill for sure go tomorrow, and if I see anyone on site ill ask if they have anything!
I might even go right now or soon.
boxes work well because they are so contained, but dont abandon the idea of having one big bloom room... If you are in a place where you can get good clones, hou could just try to pack 6 600's in there, bloom it all at once, bonus co2 from the water heater....
Well I dont wanna have a big bloom room, cool idea, but I want a cycle going ya know? like every 2--3 weeks have plants that need cutting down,

I kinda like these gimmicks. The sunpulse splitter has gotten some good reviews on riu, the flip box... not so much

Split every 1000w HPS lighting system (with magnetic ballast) into two 600w SunPulse lighting systems!
Growers suffer from excessive energy consumption and too much heat in the grow-room. The lights heat the room up and then growers pay money to heat and cool the room. The SunPulse Splitter brings a new solution for these specific problems. Use a single 1000w HPS magnetic ballast to drive two 600w SunPulse Lamps whether they're in the same room or not. Watch your electric bills go down along with your total cost of operations.

The original Powerbox™ FLIPBOX® is an individual light switching module that allows an individual ballast to run two separate lights - one at a time - by switching back and forth between each light, at a user-specified interval. Flipboxes® have lots of possibilities and save lots of money, when compared to buying new digital ballasts.

Yeah man. Crazy gimmicks, to get more use out of ballasts you might already have.

Edit:
Or possibly mod new ones. You could buy a super cheap 1000w ballast off ebay with lights and hoods for like $160 then throw a $70 sunplitter on it and have two 600w's running off of one ballast.... I don't know. I like how cheap it sounds.

Im sure it works good, But Id rather just do two 1000watts, Fuck two 600 when you already own a 1000 watt ballast

Im looking at the price of dry wall. seems pretty cheap, How much will I need? you think?

Ill take a picture of the room tomorrow so you can see what im really working with,
2 walls and the floor are concrete, the other 2 walls are unfinished with 2x4s and dry walled for the other rooms
and no ceiling really,

I Think i might just buy an 8'x4' tent.
Its a fairly good price. 160
yea i was going to seggest removing the fridge, and shelves and just putting a big ass tent in there. i was figuring 6x6 because of the water heater and stuff, but if you would fit 8x6 that would be awsome.

I cant fit a 6x6 ): Well maybe in the right top corner, but a 8x4 tent will fit perfect up againts the back wall and 2 or 3 inches away from the heater

Ah, thats the type of cycle I have. My advice would be then get one light for each group lou want, like three cycles at oncd, try 3 6oos . I dont like doing that under one light, it sucks trying to get everything at an even level. Try 3 6oos, 4 or 6 plants each, depending on how you like to vedge of course. A 4x8 tent could work for that pretty well

if your running a carbon filter you can vent the air out of the tent and into the surrounding room (if you have a separate, fresh air intake) this way it will stop any excess heat signatures that would be generated AND help with heating the house or room (the heaters there for a reason, am i right? ;) )

personaly i would go with 2x600 watt lights for a 8x4 tent because you will need a 600~ CFM fan to properly vent the air for 2x 1000 watt lights (they get orly hot...). if you can vent the air properly im all for 2x 1000 watt lights. the penetration power of 1000 watters in small rooms makes a HUGE difference.

P.S: just stagger the growth from one side of the tent to the other. 3 plants in 5 gallon pots or up to 6-7 in 1 gallon pots, every week. if you can sustain the weekly clone supply through your own mother plants you can harvest like 3-4 OZ's minimum per week...... i pull 2 OZ's per week out of a 4x5 space using this method.......
