hey guys got a semi small space and im wondering if i should try aluminum foil on the walls to increase reflection from my cfl. is that wise? will it harm anything?
are cfl's really hot enough to make hot spots ? ive herd you shoudnt use the foil cause it reflects heat but with a cfl would it matter ? ...............either way the sale 4 dollar emergency blankets at wall mart the made from mylar probley your best choiceA flat white paint will create enough reflection and no hot spots.
well as you probley know light come from a wide spectrum one of these being infrared light or a more common name heat ten foil reflects more heat back and less of the PAR spectrum than other things commonly used since the poster is asking about using a cfl i see no problem with it but its written In stone some where i guess thats its a no nowat are hot spts? cuz i use foil
