Yeah, I haven't done much so far, just the type of stuff me3 was posting and a few other ones that went to hell pretty fast. This forum is ABOUT bullshit!

And not all the mods have been here for less than 2 years and 8 months. I was hand-picked by the penguin with the fuzzy nuts. We're growers just like you; we're not fucking policemen and we're not here for a buzzkill. Cut us all a little slack because we're all trying to do our best for YOU. Each of us spends several hours every day/night just moderating, checking the threads to make sure there is nothing getting too out of control. The main thing we are looking for is spam. You probably don't see a lot of it because we have several mods in each forum. One mod deleted 32 pages of spam for prescription meds, and that was just one mod. Nobody on here wants to wade through that bullshit.

Except when its the truth! If you shit on the community and tell the staff that they are pieces of poop, what would you expect the reply to be? Would you rather we thank him? :)

Also, I thought mods weren't allowed to be invisible?

How? Easily, by reading his posts. Scroll up perhaps? :)

I dont know of a rule saying mods cant be invisible. You should just assume that we're always here and always watching. (we are :)). I also dont see how whether or not a mod is invisible or not while browsing the world wide web has any impact on anything here whatsoever. If you have to check that a moderator is online or offline in order to impact your posts, you shouldnt be posting what your posting probably! :)


Keep in mind, moderators are moderators of a specific subforum. We arent global police (nor do we want to be!). I cant delete your posts here, modify them, or moderate THIS subforum at all. Most of the mods cant. Only the ones assigned to it. We arent here to change content, we arent here to delete posts, we arent here to troll, we're here for one reason and one reason only, to make sure that people here are respectful and helpful to each other, nothing more. We're normal people, just like you.

If someone doesnt like the rules, and wants to make threads about how we suck and what a piece of shit the site is, well, leave. Nobody wants people like that here. Remember, anyone can feel free to relay any concerns to the site owners as well if you think there's something wrong that needs fixing as well! Most of the time moderators will be invisible and you wont even notice all of the work that goes on behind the scenes. You should see the number of deleted posts from trolls, racism, spam, DMT sellers, everything.

I cant imagine I've typed anything here that is more than common sense and what is already expected on rollitup.org, most standard forums have a team of moderators to keep the site together. If you want viagra ads, find an unmoderated forum. Penis pumps too perhaps. They love to spam us!
