Trichs r cloudy/amber. Its done I just trimmed b4 I choped lol im still trimmin
Trich color is too much of a 'simplistic' method to tell if the plant is truly ready for harvesting.
I've said this many of times before..
there are many other signs you should look for.. besides just trich color, to tell if the plant is ready. Trich color is ONE of the few signs you should look at... there are many others. Your plant should look filled in, calyx's should be swollen, trichs should be mostly cloudy/amber, and the trichs should be standing straight up and should be clearly visible to the naked eye.. in other words, you should be able to see the trichs standing straight up, without the help of a microscope.
Also, when the plant is truly ready for harvesting... you should be able to look at the plant with your naked eyes.. and you should be able to see an amber tinge/color to the buds when the light hits it.
I posted an article about this issue.. which many new growers seem to make. I don't feel like searching my hard-drive again to find it.. but I would highly recommend looking for it and reading it. It explains much more about what I'm talking about.
Good luck, hope she was truly ripe/ready.
peace.
