and yes that is how it works basically the strippers are hookers, at least some of them. specially at anything other then a high end strip club.

I'm not ok with my mom/wife/daughter being a prostitute. But if that's what they decide to do, that's their right. I don't see the sense in making a law against something just to stop three people from doing it or just because it is personaly inconvenient. There are all sorts of things they could do that I would not be happy about. I don't propose to make them illegal.

it would be hard for a politician to say it. he would be risking his job. i think it would be up to the voters to push for it, which isnt even close to happening yet. weed is starting to not be like that anymore. politicians can talk about it without losing their job

Yes. Legalize it. It's been around for centuries and it's obviously not going away, ever. Regulate it, make safety regulations (protection, mandatory STD testing, etc.) and maybe even create a union of hookers and make sure they are entitled to health insurance. Pimps would turn into secretaries and security guards. Legalize marijuana while you're at it. Gambling would be nice too.

whoa whoa whoa...keep gambling only legal in vegas...we need all the business we can get...they're friggin closing casino's out here. our old Mayor was trying to legalize prostitution in Clark County since it's legal in almost all other counties in Nevada. He wanted to make an area downtown where there were weed bars and brothels....Im gonna miss Mayor Goodman.

I'm really on the fence about this. Yes for the reasons stated before me, and some women may just love all the sex but have a think about what made those girls want to become prostitutes.
Coming from someone who had to do some wrong, horrible things and then turned into a (being honest here) totally insecure, needy, 24/7 flirt. Stuff like that screws withyour head to the point you feel like you are worthless and the only way to get intimacy or acceptance is with sex. Should we as a society perpetuate that? A whole load of girls stuck in a self-loathing hole?
But don't get me wrong I'm sure lots of girls are just using what their mother have them to make an easy, fun buck.
Escort agencies are cool, they boost a client's confidence lol. I'm not trying to charge in and say NOES, IT IS JUST WRONG! Because of what it did I will always have resent towards meaningless sex where there Is no respect whatsoever, but I am sure there are plenty of respectable patrons and respectable girls making a good living.
But why happened to dating? Maybe I can't get a boyfriend because all men want to do is watch porn and sleep with prostitutes.

But honestly, I'm not going to say 'yes' or 'no' on this one.
