Cooltube in Need Asap

hello all i was just wondering wot website is reliable to buy a cooltube from
i have never used a site for buying hydro stuff apparft from ebay but the ones on ebay im not so sure about need it as im now moving my operation into my shed and have less height and im goin to sog and scrog my next crop thanks all

I mean they can be costly just for a vase that has had the end cut off it lol

I just bolted the fan to the end of my reflector and it works awesome , i have my hps about 4 or 5 " above my plants and the temp is 79

Anyway it was just an idea for you my man

I used a pyrex bake a round I got off ebay, it's a little heavier duty than cutting a vase and controls the heat a lot better.

if you can spare the extra cash get a hood,
i used to use 3x 600 watt tubes and dumped them for 2x magnum xxl hoods as the footpring it alot better,
once got the tubes in and running i was disappointed immediately and changed them out.
this is a good shop to use in the uk,

quick delivery and come all wrapped up proper stealth

if you need reducers for that hood from 6" to 4" for ducting they sell them in screwfix for a few quid
i used 2 of these

to reduce to 4" ducting unless your gonna use 6" then don't worry

and thank you cranker i have found the pyrex bake a round on ebay and they look cool but how do i go about putting it over the light and securing it and making it all proper
without spending too much time on it? thanks

ghostdog very nice site i like the link you gave me is a big cool tube not a tube but light with in and out for extractor does this work as well as a round cooltube? i like it i think i will
probley buy this for £50 is a bargain i have a 600w or a 400w bulb to put in there will they fit ok? also wot do you think would be best for my shed in there a 600 or 400? thank you for your help

no, i did run 3 of them, but i was in a double tent and had to move the plants as close as possible to get under the light,
they were crap tbh,
i have now reduced from 1800 watts to 1200 watts and it seems alot brighter,
granted the magnum xxxl's are pricey but worth every penny imho,
another thing i did notice was with cooltubes it was better running a push config,
with hoods i m better running a pull config.
with 3 tubes i got 37 oz from 10 plants, which imho is pants,
im runing less lights and vegging for only 13 hours and hoping for more than that on this run.

May have already been said, but I found a cool tube on ebay. Pretty big one for not to much. I was going to use the diy with the bake a round thing, but from what I remember they weren't wide enough for my MH bulb.

cool hope the 13hour veg works that you very much for your help :) im now cropping mine and have now put some seeds in was too slow on the
cloning only got one clone owell lets see wot the seeds bring for me hehe :D
