Go to radio shack and get a small magnifier, look at your trichs, they should be cloudy with some turning brown. NOT HAIRS, TRICHOMES, the cycle of the trichome is clear, to milky, to brown. The peak of potency is when they start going from milky to brown. Be patient, if you harvest too early yeah it'll probably be good smoke by looking at your pictures, but it could be that dopest dope you've ever smoked if you do it right
