Explain please :)
A flowering plant put back into a veg lighting schedule will cause the plant to ''reveg'' in which the new growth is usually single bladed leaves and eventually recovers to normal growth usually after a couple weeks.

How long were you planning on vegging it? What light setup are you using? Not enough information broseph.

I see two problems with the picture you provided. First i notice that there may or may not be some webs on the top section of the plant, if so this is most likely due to a spider mite infestation and second your plant seems to be in serious need of magnesium i would recommend an organic spider mite spray (local hydro shop or internet) and 1/2 teaspoon Epson salts to 1 gallon of PHed water.
