Fuck the Police I got away

Never been arrested, been pulled over with a substantial amount of weed in the car at least 5 times. Usually deny search and tell them I'm in a rush, late for dinner. They always make the mistake of saying "okay. you are free to go but...." here is your window. "if I searched your vehicle, I wouldnt find any drugs or open containers, would I?"

Of coarse not sir, I am not an idiot, but I am extremely late for dinner. You said I am free to go, thank you, have a nice day! peace!

So I can take a look?

Absolutely not. peace.
I've been pulled over plenty of times, if a Cop wants to search your car, all he has to do is say "I smell weed" or "I smell booze", and BINGO! Doesn't matter if you're some little old church lady who's never done drugs, or if you have a blunt smokin in the ash tray, they can pull that shit, cuff and detain you in their car, and search your shit without asking...

next time release your magnetic actuated plastic box under the sparetire in the trunk, full of handmade sharpened tacks! Who would see that coming? And wear a cape. And smoke a cigarette, it will make you look cooler.

My favorite police line.....

"You're not being arrested, you're being detained."

Oops...looks like they found your stash, guess you ARE being arrested after all ;)

Thats just absolute stupidity. They can't arrest you for what they can't find.

In my one instance? pure luck. focus was on weapons. They already found my m4 in plain sight, I also had my sks bullpup in the trunk, ready to go, along with bats, three foot long spike wrench, and a few other "weapons", I just got lucky with the drugs, I hadn't been smoking.

But for the most part, it is beyond retarded to have anything other than a blunt while you are smoking. If you get pulled over, eat it. Even if it reeks of weed, they can't arrest you for thinking they smelled weed. Eat it. I have eaten at least 50 blunts in my life time from seeing the black and blue in the rear view. Never regret it, I got pulled over on the way to the beach two months back. I smoked half the blunt with my girl, put it out, and about 5 minutes later, I got shot with the dar. 85 in a 55. Thats just my stupid fault, I have an addiction - called speeding. But not only did I have a blunt, I had an eighth in the trunk. The cop knew there was shit in the car, he asked over, and over, and over. I denied search because I was late for dinner, ate the blunt of coarse.

Its all about luck, but if you play it smart, luck can be on your side. Carry light, keep your car clean, be respectful.

forgot to mention, he pulled me out of the car and ran a "sobriety test", told me I look like I was a drug user because my "eyes were sucked in" whatever the fuck that means. But fuck yeah, I was high as shit, and freaking out.

But there was no question in my ability to pass his tests.

Grow up man. I'm not going to come down on you real hard but you were driving without insurance. I on the other hand was fucked by somebody pulling out in front of me and causing an accident. That asshole cost me money out of my pocket. Um yes, uninsured !!!!!!! The other point is you could have gone to jail for LIFE. Check out the case in New York State. They just passed a law called the Todeschini law. It seems that some rice rocket jerk on a motorcycle went past a cop coming the other direction, speeding. The trooper turned around and started a chase. The trooper ended up parked in a tree, dead. Personally, I think the trooper was a hot dog idiot to try to chase a crotch rocket with an SUV type vehicle, but they did get a whole new law out of the deal. Now if you try to evade the cops and get caught it's a whole new level of shit. The guy on the rice rocket is in jail for a long time. This is coming from a 60 year old stoned geezer. I would guess from your post you are in your early 20s. BTW, Back in 1972 with my 1970 Mustang, 302 w/Hearst shifter, I outran the state police one time. I think the statute of limitations is up on that one. LOL

How can you evade someone that is not officially chasing you? Aren't we all evading the cops 24/7 if that's the case?

agreed.
FUCK YOU!!! for driving w/ no insurance! :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger:
about 16 yrs ago I put a built 440 in a 82 dodge 12/ ton pickup.one badassed work truck! lots of customizing as a big block engine wasn't an option in 82. custom oil pan, frame mods, ect. it took me 3 months to get it together & work out the bugs when some little asshole pulled a left in front of me & pushed the engine back into the firewall.bastard didn't have insurance so the best I could do was sue his parents & get $5 a month out of her welfare check. cost me over $3 grand for engine swap,3 months of work & the truck body.
anyone who drives w/out insurance & does damage or injury should be forced to sell any & all usable body organs to pay for damages.

mrmadcow, not to justify it or anything, because it is TOTALLY irresponsible to drive without insurance. But given the high cost of insurance, and the state of the economy we're in, some people have to make the decision to have insurance or to feed the kids. Not driving is not an option for most people in todays world. I realize that more than likely (Its my luck) the bastard that hits me isn't gonna have insurance. So I carry uninsured motorist coverage for just that contingency. Is it right that I should have to do so? NO. But it's a reality, and I'm now prepared for that.
Besides, if dude had never mentioned his lack of ins. we'd still be talking about the rush of evading the cops!!! And how cool is THAT??

cops in most states won't give chase to motorcycles if they're going over 120mph+.... it's department policy almost everywhere.

the cop who did learned why it's department policy, the hard way.
