Ok i was pulled over for a little swerving he said. I gave him a little lip cuz i swore to god he kept calling me mame. So after that he said you know what i smell marijuana and your giving me lip i need you to step out of the car! LIKE WTF I DIDNT EVEN SMOKE TODAY OR HAVEING ANY WEED IN THE CAR! So i got out he then sat me in the back of his car for like 15min while the searched hi and low in my car to find anything. (which there was nothing)

So then he gave him the breath test and the walking test which i passed then he took me into custody (nvr put cuffs on me) but made me go to the police office due to suspicion of operation a motor vehicle under a narcotic.

Is that freaking legal?????????? Now i have court date bcuz i refused to give a piss test cuz i know id have marijuana in it (but was not driving hi) So now i have my licenses revoked for one year.

IDK what to do. Im fucking pissed. There should be now way he can do this for "suspicion" with no proof

Also i was never once read my miranda rights

But he had no proof tying me to it. So i dont know where this holds up. I really cant believe all this for suspicion without proof??

did you have to bail out time or did they release you ror??? and i've been busted plenty of times and have never been read my rights... kicked in the head a few times, but never read my rights..
did they take a breathalyzer or ask you to take one? you should have submitted to a breathalyzer... i can't believe that they can hold you on suspicion... but not sure about what not taking a piss test will do for you legally, like if it was good or bad.. i didn't know that they could arrest you for suspicion like that with no proof, that's crazy indeed..

2) you're gonna need to hire a chemist (via lawyer) to say you weren't high at the time.

pulled over with surfboards (profiled) , seached high & low, and then carted off to holding.

in the cop car, i related to mr. pig that i smoke regularly but wasnt high at the time... and that i was gonna fight to the end.

at the station, two huge pigs put me in a bathroom and forced me to pee in a cup... or catch a beat down.

many thousands later, i was able to prove what i noted above.

with proper experts & an asshole lawyer, the judge reduced my fine to careless driving ...though i honestly wasnt high or driving carelessly.
