Some cop randomly pulls you over and starts harassing you... and just because the attitude flares up a little (most likely because of the cop) you deserve to have court dates, costs, fines, lawer fees, time off work, blah blah blah... Not to mention when people at work are asking what the court date is about, possibly jeopardizing the job.

It's about toking and driving and how a San Diego lawyer has been getting people off based on two studies done by the federal government which concluded that there is no evidence that marijuana use impairs driving. The only effect that they took note of is that people who toke and drive tend to drive more slowly.

In no way shape or form does a dirty urine sample PROVE that i was driving under any influence.

being a cop is a "profession". they should act accordingly.
