I'm a little worried about the top (main cola) being so burned and dying off. My first impression is that the leaves were burned beyond repair before I flushed (this past Sunday), so they're just continuing down their path of death. The nugget looks fine. The issue seems to be confined to the leaves that I'll end up trimming anyway -- they're dying off (yellow, spotted with brown). Can anyone offer any constructive comments on this?

Also, it seems like all the perlite floated to the top of the medium the last time I flushed. Is this going to be an issue and, if so, are there any solutions?

If you are really scared I would harvest, I noticed though that a lot of leaves begin dying off before harvest time.

yea you should be ok with the leaves. shes just about done, and thats normal. not completly shur about the perlite, but it seems normal in my past grows so i wouldnt worrie too much about it and get ready for harvest buddy!

Roommate helped me out with the pics and trimming.



Weighed out to be over 8 oz wet. That main cola weighed slightly over 3 oz. It's all hanging up to dry now. Dark with a fan for air circulation. Should be in good shape to smoke between October 8th and October 15th. Also, I saved all the trimmings. Just need to figure out what to do with them.

oh shit so fuckin sweet buddy ya! make butter foo for reals! my first harvest had maybe 16oz trim and stems. had enough to make a batch of premix cup-cakes hella bomb bro lokk into it for shur!

Going to make hash oil with the trimmings and smaller premature nugs. Going to use the butane method.

Quick dried a J's worth in the oven at 130 degrees for 10 minutes. Smoked it. Got super stoned from it and it smoked fine for uncured nug. I cannot wait to see how it smokes when it's all cured up

Just weighed it out. Came out to 1g short of 2 oz. I used a huge paper cup and the scale is kind of old and shitty, so it definitely under shot the reading by a few grams.

Final weight is just over 2oz. I'm extremely satisfied with the result.
