innocent till proven guilty plus have your lawyer get the tape (dash cam) the audio will play well in court. It is a harassment maneuver. Have his file pulled, I bet he has a record of doing this. Also your refusal to piss is your right, not an admission of guilt. but yeah lawyer up.

So any evidence they gather is invalid because they did not read you your rights. Don't talk to them; just get the best lawyer you can get. Don't lie to your lawyer about possibly having MJ in you; you can always say you ate a couple of brownies at a friends house without knowing it had any pot in it. That is so fucked up. are you in a state with "implied consent", meaning that you must submit to a breath/blood/piss test or else automatically lose your license?
