a gallon is way too much.... it depends on the pot size, stage of development of the plant. I never water over a liter which is a 1/4 gallon even with larger plants

ROOSTER! When I played baseball they used to call me Rooster because I was so fast. I once hit a ground ball up the middle and hit myself in the head sliding into second.

LOL So, did you put yourself out??

I usually nute with the same amount of liquid I use to water, totally saturating the medium till run off.

Never used that product, but a 1/4tsp/gallon seems pretty light+outside+decent sized plants, I'd give it a shot.

go very easy on the feed mate , the biggest problem and nearlly everyones problems are down to over feeding , over watering , you can grow your plant out perfectly ok with only feeding a couple of times very lightly , many new growers have it stuck in there head ....feed feed feed water feed ,......... its a weed it dosent need it . my first few grows never had any feed at all and the plants still produced thick dense buds . my advice to everyone is ...ho;ld back on watering and hold back on feed , you will have much less problems.
my plants go a week sometimes longer without any food or water .

i don't think 1 gallon is too much. once in a while you need to give a thorough watering. i'm not by any means saying drown the plant, but if you have been going a little lite on the watering lately, a nice saturation is always nice.
if you decide to hit them with a nice water, give them time to dry up and get right back to it ! i have 45 plants in 5 gal geo pots. i often use 110 gals in one feed !! and they look great !!!
