Thanks for the advise. How about liquid ladybug? You're too far along in flowering for alcohol. At this point, it will do more harm to your trichomes than to the mites.
for $10 you can't go wrong, even if it does not end up working for you (but I'm pretty sure it will)This powerful insect killer is OMRI-listed® and compliant for use in organic gardening. This product dissolves in the soil with no residual! It can be used up to the day of harvest. Kills bugs in all stages of life cycle, safe for fruit trees and vegetable gardens, extremely effective on a wide variety of applications.
Ok so I just picked some up from Amazon.com for $12, not bad. Hope this works!Silversun, still would try the Saferbrand EndALL I was telling you about. I had superb success with it, no more pest!

My original plan was to use the HotShot No-Pest strips, but they contain Dichlorvos and shouldn't be used to far into flowering. I've done my fare bit of research, check out the link below, it is to the thread I started about them and the info I found.aI'm 99.9% positive it's going to work for you. Just follow the directions on the bottle. Made it easy for me to spray the undersides cuz I was able to hold it upside down as I was xferring them into larger pots @ the time. It has a pleasant smell to it too ]
EDIT: Also another item suggested to me (and its up to you if you get one or not) was the Hot Shot No Pest Strips II. I mean, i picked up two @ Home Depot for a lil under $14 after tax but… I've been checking them and I don't see shit on them LOL…*it may be working and the pest are smaller than I can see, or could be that the EndALL caught em all. /shrugs…*I just rolled with them as a safe insurance as recommended by some other growers on R3. Little items that cost in and around $10 to test for my own experience never seems like a bad investment. hehehe
It's not that it could harm the plant, it's that vapor residues can be left in the buds and I would rather not smoke that stuff. Also I just had my first child a month ago and I don't want those chemicals around him. As of last night the lady bugs where fine, a bunch of them were gathered together in one spot, not sure if it was lack of food so they went back into hibernation or what. There has been a noticeable decrease in mites but they haven't been stoped. Also I can tell that plant is doing a bit better because it has started smelling again.some interesting reads… I was reading the package on the strips; never really figured that it could harm the plants in the flowering stage in anyway way…
btw, what happened to all the lady bugs u put out? are they all dead ?
ah, good pointIt's not that it could harm the plant, it's that vapor residues can be left in the buds and I would rather not smoke that stuff.
another valid point, however shouldn't effect him as long as you 'grow area' is 'sealed' up but better to be on the safe sideAlso I just had my first child a month ago and I don't want those chemicals around him.
Dude that's a bummer to hear... i was actually going to try and make it out there since you had recommended them... oh well I'll just stick to N.H.P.R in San Jose. Thanks weedss! The smell is actually pretty light, I think that is due to the mites stunting the growth a bit. Although I don't think that it is the most impressive CFL grow (that title belongs to concord dawn lol) but I do think I have done well for my first grow. My next grow will have a more proper grow cab, but I will be sticking with CFL's, can't wait. Next time I will on the lookout for mites from day one, these things are the worst. She looks like she'll be ok until harvest, yield and THC content was most likely effected but it should still be good.
Shitty news today! The collective I get my MMJ and clones from is getting shut down in 30days!!! This is total crap, Elemental wellness is THE nicest collective around. They are very professional and provide free services (yoga, massages, MMJ/growing library). I believe they won best norcal collective in 2011.
You better check that your club is not being closed too, from what I understand all wellness clubs within the SJ area are being closed due to the bill that Jerry Brown just signed.Dude that's a bummer to hear... i was actually going to try and make it out there since you had recommended them... oh well I'll just stick to N.H.P.R in San Jose.
Your grow is looking sick bro!!! awesome, you're gonna pull some good wieght. stay high

Required On-site Cultivation of all medicine. The size required for any dispensary to grow enough medicine to supply their demand is unworkable.
Required On-site production of all edible, ointments, tinctures, lotions, and concentrate.
First Come, First Serves application process for issuing permits. This clearly does not allow for a merit based application process when awarding permits
Yeah, I get texts from Elemental about specials and raffles (love that place lol) they are having and today they sent a text saying that they are going to be closed in 30 days, otherwise I wouldn't have found out. Hell yeah we should dude, not sure when I can ever get out of the house with having a new baby and all but we should make it happen. My girl should be ready for harvest around the 15th of October maybe later.ah fuck really? my gf just went last week and they didn't mention anything to her... keeping my fingures crossed. Shit i just took down my op for a couple of weeks I hope I can get back on track before too long. Gotta make sure I can still get the clones that I want. Fuckin Jerry Brown what a cock sucker. I knew he was gonna fck something up. I'm high, sorry i'm starting to rant. I just harvested the other day... got a few oz. How much longer on your baby??? we should meet up if it's not too far out and try eachothers smoke... stay high
Rep back to you, thanks for stopping by! Yeah the ladybugs are doing pretty well, I've made sure to keep at least the top soil kinda moist for those little girls. I probably lost about 50 them of them so far from various different ways, but at $7 for 200 ladybugs it doesn't matter.Hey man shits looking good. Love how your using the lady bugs for your defense. I have done this before but they died fast from dehydration. Make sure you leave a cup of water out for them. Keep it up. Rep. STAY HIGH!!!!
