IMG_20110926_114745.jpgIs/are there any nutes needed to have a great yield if using MG soil? I'm nit sure, but I've the 6 mo firm,a, although, I've nit seen any of the time release "Balls" some are concerned with....I've had OUTSTANDING results with MG soil thus far. (1 St grow, veg cycle, with LST, 250 watt hps, just Ph water, nothing else...admin molasses with last 2 watering).:leaf:

I'm showing deficiencies after 3 weeks in MG Moisture Control. Not saying it's going to happen to you, not blaming the MG, just relaying what I've got going in it.

I've read the moisture control is not the MG to use. I'm 6 weeks in, and the ONKY issues I've had were BC I added the MG tomato fertilizer at approx 4 weeks of veg, and burned her. I've learned that just the water is enough for her at this point.

i used MG seed starting soil and i like it so far nothing back except for some reason my plant got a little burned from the nutes in it even tho it has very tiny amount
but other then that i like and my plant is growing good
vegged for a little over 3 weeks and just switched to flower her
i would just use something that has alot of N for veg and for flower something that had alot of P and some K
like MG bloom booster for flower and MG all purpose for veg

OK, I was curious BC now, during veg state, I've used a pinch of fertilizer and burned my lady...in flowering, with this soil, if i add the right nuts ( suggestions?) Will I be at the same risk of burning my lady? If ant suggestions on the nuts, what is a good website?

be careful of attributing symptoms to the wrong issues... i think i said that right. Be carful of misdiagnosis.

MG contains a lot of nutes and you shouldn't need to add any for around 3 weeks of veg'... depending on how fast you veg them for (ie power and length of light schedule).

Great info guys! I've learned that with mg, no nuts. I'll try the Bio bizz stuff, but I really don't think it'll be necessary...is that why paople bash mg soooo much? BC one can really ignore ones lady and still acquire product?

In flower with MG I'd add some high P bat guano as a top dressing or a tea along with a full range organic fertilizer like Earth Juice.

That's not why, I think its really not knowing exactly what is in the soil as far as the nutes goes. It makes it hard to adjust if the plant shows signs of a problem. That's why I don't use it anyway. I prefer to have the soil just be a place to hold healthy roots. I'll take care of the feeding.

in my experience you dont need to use the veg/grow nutes for the first three weeks and than just go with 2ml per litre first week increasin each week by 1ml. the flower/bloom i start with 2ml per litre and each week increase it by 1ml up to 6ml and then bring it back down. i always continue grow/veg nute throughout flower at roughly 2ml per litre, i was feeding at every watering more or less around every 3 days. bio bizz does NOT neeed flushed, its an organic nute. only time i ever flushed was after a massive over feeding mistake( still think it was my kids....either that or dad was really drunk.....both are strong possibilities)

Nah unfortunately not, but if you can't afford to have it shipped then a full range nute like MG's is fine. Do you have a plant nursery where you live?
Oh, definatly have nurepseries around...boibizz line available there? If i buy online, which is a good site to buy from ( preferably, no pay pal). Thanks!
