This past Sunday, family picnic. I'm 55 yrs old, my parents youngest. I've been toking for over 40 yrs. Both parents are 85 and in ok health....for the most part. Out of the blue, My Mom says, "I can't wait till they legalize marijuana for medical use. Cause I'm gonna use it" I nearly spit my beer out of my nose. My teen daughters were having heart attacks laughing at "nannie" Huh?.....40 years ago, I got the "eyes up to the light" routine and she would smell my fingers for the weed odor. I was tempted to tell her that in 79, My old man fired up a bowl of hash with me. But thought better...I would love to see my Mom get toasted. I think she would definately benefit with her insomnia and Crones. My Mom wasn't born in the 60's or 70's like alot of todays young stoners Mom's. She was born in 1927, old school old!!

That Mr. Mauler is an awesome story. Thanks for sharing. Remind me of a few weeks ago when my 70 year old neighbors and I were chillin the night before they moved out. They asked if I "ever burned one"... I said yeah to which they responded "you wanna burn one right now". Lol, grandma had a glass pipe and everything. And speaking of legalization, my wife and I would really like to move back to PA and hope you guys get on the medical band wagon so I can keep growing legally.

Thanks SC. I agree on the positive reinforcement. I am almost tempted to ask her now, if she wants to smoke, but she is way to law abiding...
Thank you Mr. Fresh!! I LOL when I read about your neighbor. I get a few funny looks when a young stoner might see me blaze..... I totally agree about the Marijuana Law changes in the Keystone. But the State Senator who's committee the bill is in, is a Mother Theresa wannabe....she has effectively shelved the bill proposal. Sad thing is, a poll of registered PA voters clearly shows 60% of Pennsylvanians agree with medicinal weed. Unfortunately, 100% of the Pharmacutical Industry doesn't agree. And we all know how much they contribute to the candidates.... The Pharmacutical Companies say, "Keep it illegal, more profits for us"

Thank you TH... It's plant, just 1, but a decent sized one. And up to 3 months ago, I couldn't tell my PH from from my TDS.. Thanks to RIU and a lot of reading. I at least know the fundamentals needed to grow and maintain a healthy plant. Still learning, and still have alot to learn!! But thanks for the props.

Still has alot of the grow smell, skunk, cat piss, and hints of diesel. She smell sugar sweet when you ruffle her pistils though. Thanks for the compliment. Hang around for the grand finale coming soon!!!your plant is budding beautiful and smell dank yet ?

What up Kevin, I'm on a self imposed detox to get a job.....Our American companies love to force us to piss in cups.....Day 3 now...Sleep has been a little restless, but getting better each day.

Hard to say when I would pull them... but at least another week, maybe two. When you say 'true flower' I'm guessing you mean from when they started throwing pistols out? Personally I always go by 12/12, it just seems easier as I don't have to watch anything, and if I am running different strains I don't have to watch each one. It's all good though, just sharing what I do. Just accounting really.

never go by 12/12 always by pistols thats true 12/12 plant do things when u switch them yea but there in tansistion not flowering until pistols......this is only my view not general consencus

Thank you Mr. Fresh, My mentor stated, in his opinion, true flowering period doe NOT start until you FIRST see pistils. True, it's Day 46 today, but actually Day 55 since I switched her over to a 12/12 schedule. I guess the bottom line is, "she's done, when she's done" Thanks for the input. I poked my head into your 1 ever scrog grow. I read every stinking page, all 116 of them! Very nice. I understand the highs and lows you went through on that maiden run!! Great finish on the scrog!!!

Need to check your trichs with a scope-If still clear, you have a while to go..once they start going cloudy & a little amber, start the two week clean flush, leave lights off for last couple days, and chop those babies..I'mguessing 4 weeks or more btw, looks like a sativa dom strain..they go longer.

no worries mate i aint saying it the right answer and there will be alot of people that will disagree but thats how i use it and never go off breeders times just whaen the plant tells you..imo..

Got it covered my friend. I picked up a 60x-100x scope for 10 bucks at Radio Sha**. The trichs are ALL crystal clear,,,
As usual, a matter of personal interpretation. I learned it as, "first sign of pistils, start your count" So me personally....I'll stick with the math this way!!
