Greetings to all!!!!So tommorow is my first time ever MEDICAL marijuana EVALUATION back in 2009 i fell off a ladder and landed on my left shoulder and got a A.C SEPERATION till this date my bone is still sticking out of my arm like when i take off my shirt you can see a huge lump and is super hard to fall asleep on my left shoulder i also got my x rays of my arm which they asked me to bring in and also my right hand was stabbed and my tendons are all damaged that when i hit anything with my hand it gives me a severe pain all the way up to my elbow WHAT ADVICE DO YOU GUYS HAVE FOR ME TO SAY TO MY DOCTOR TOMMOROW AND WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF ME GETTING MY CARD​

Just tell them your story and provide as much documentation as you can showing the severity of it. Exclude documents that are irrelevant, or unhelpful. When you get there don't ham it up just be honest and explain your pain.

Hey thanx man i was super honest about my left shoulder seperation of the bones which causes arthritis and i got my card super fast now i gotta wait 3 to four weeks hope i get it sooner im super excited my first time ever getting the card

If you have these 4 items, you don't have to wait until your card comes back.

1} Doctor's Rec [Copy]
2} Application [Copy]
3} Photo Id
4} Proof of Mailing

Some dispensaries don't want to mess with calling the state to verify you, but there are many that do.

Yeah. There useed to be a law against it. But as of July 1st they can accept that. So some still don't.

I had to call lots of places when I got mine.
