Best Place To Store Your Seeds

i have been keeping my seeds up in a box in my closet for about the past 10 years. seeds have germinated out of my collection. but about 3 months agao my buddy gave me all his seeds he had collected, breed and have been given to him over the years. he had stored his in his freezer. since he has given his collection over to me, i have combined the two and have started to store my collection in the freezer as well. but! i have been recently collecting seeds from Attitude and Irie. i think since they are so new and fresh i won't have much to worry about, since most of them should be used within the next few months, maybe year anyways. but just for safe measure i would like to get a census on how people store there beans.

freezing will destroy them unless you you deep dried them with silica gel

come check out the seed collectors thread.. there's a few people on there that have some pretty killer ways of keeping their beans nice and fresh and organized.. i can't say that i'm among them though, lol..

no it really wont! and i have been germinating seeds that have been stored in a freezer for over 10 years. you would need to explain yourself to me a lot better in order for me to take your word for it. im not that gullible. but thank you for your insight.

i store in the fridge with uncooked rice to keep the humidity at a good level
seems to be working well so far

i removed them from the freezer. just for safe keeping's. i need to research this topic a little more.
