Previously I was feeding once a day 300mL per day, I have been advised that this is not an effective schedule. So I have revised my weekly watering and feeding schedule to provide a similar amount of water with slightly less feed, and left more time for the soil to spend "dry". Keep in mind this schedule is for mature plants in vegetative growth.
Ph is balanced on both water, and feed to 6.4. I'm not positive on the PPM however the proportions of feed are balanced exactly to the recommended amounts of the General Hydroponics feed schedule for soil.
Monday: Water 600mL
Tuesday: Feed 300mL
Wednesday: Dry (no water or feed)
Thursday: Water 600mL
Friday: Feed 300mL
Saturday: Dry
Sunday: Dry
Let me know your thoughts;
Is this enough, not enough, or too much?
Should I do less more often, or more less often?
Does it matter whether I let the feed sit in the soil or the water? Not that feeding comes after watering so the nutrients are able to sit in the soil, and be absorbed.
If you have anything else you would like to add I'd love the advice.
