we spent the summer of '86 at the great america amusement park, on acid pretty much the whole time. roller coasters while "trippin' balls" is where's it really at.

I don't actually know what "tripping balls" is. In my opinion, note, I said MY OPINION, one is not "tripping balls" if one can navigate through an amusemet park. In my opinion, one is tripping balls if one has serious trouble navigating from the kitchen to the bathroom. In fact, if the concepts of bathroom and kitchen contain meaning to one at the time, then, in my opinion, one is not truely "tripping balls". But that doesn't make anyone less than anyone else and comparing heroic consumption of hallucinogenic chemicals has always seemed a strange abhoration

Very true, i personally was reading this thread and really did not remember what tripping balls was until i read what canndo said..

Trust me, not knowing who you are, where you are and having a hell of a hard time to get yourself to the bathroom to pee (and then while your at it for 1 or 2 mins forgetting where you are and whats going on)..now thats tripping balls and believe or not it was on one strong ass blotter. I did smoke A LOT of hash on the come up and thats my explanation for that night..still i would not go back there, it gets to a point where you are just a vegetable and information is just flying through your mid.. its way too fast for you to really grasp any of the information being presented..I remember texting a friend saying i had just created a new world Dont really remember why lol

Still having that experience of nothingness and ego death is liberating in a strange way.

tripping balls is when the world around you completely changes, you cannot see anything like it was before let alone navigate through the world knowing what you are doing. open eyes, only fractals, shapes and colors, pyramids, hyroglyphs, other worldly beings etc can be seen, nothing that was there before is there. only ever experienced this on two seperate acid doses, 15 hits and 20 hits dose, and a few DMT breakthroughs

I was notified with some degree of authority that I was not to take LSD again, I ignored the warning and took it after the warning and was beaten up for the infraction. I loved and still love the substance but I know the way back there is barred. The chemical got into my emotions and showed me with finality that my time was over.
