How big the plant will be after switching to flowering regime?

Hello growers,
My friend have some plant, growing indoor. The plant is sativa dominant and it is about 10.6 inches or 27 cm high. It is 6 weeks in vegetative stage. He wants to know, if he switch light now to 12/12 , how big the plant will be at the end of flowering.

Your friend should think of topping his plant. I have seen many good guides on how to do so on youtube.
