My only suggestion to you is when you repot those girls make sure you fill the soil up to the top of the pot and the girl with it. You'll get more root mass that way.

headiessmoka : yes i did fill in more soil last nite. i emptied the old soil....puored in some new soil.....then put in the old soil back in...then top it a little more w/ fresh soil......i hate this miracle gro. p.s.LOL~~~~~ ur right about the location ...lol

@ nick17gar : yes i agree but like i just told Head~~~ I filled it w/ MG. which has that damm time released nutes. problem? don't qoute me yet....b/c i don't have the bag on me .....BUT i think the nitrogen count is like 2% or less.....i know it's not high. SO WHAT DO I DO? i can't give them no nutes now.....it will hurt them no?

KING~ like i was telling the guys above this post.....my dilemma. the nitrogen is not enough in MG. imo, but i need more nitrogen i think too, i agree w/ Nick. what should i do till i get better soil? or just wait......i told u , i think about my mom sooo its hard to do the things id like to do. as far as the time released nute say it is 2% total nitrogen count....how does that work and is it 2% nitro released over spourts in peroids over time?

Overcomplicating things bro, leave them grow and the nitrogen in the soil is way enough for them small plants, definatly no ferts yet or messing with the soil, water light and right temps are all you need, thats how they got stunted in the first place.

This guy dosent have a nute deficiency whatsoever, those bottom leaves were damaged ages ago and have litte bearing on its general health now. New growth was getting better, i would have just left it as it was and watered when it needed then you will get more good growth. Seriously in that soil and those pots you arent lacking any nutes. I grow three time bigger plants in seedling soil which is much weaker without a single drop of ferts let alone nitrogen which is the biggest ingredient in most commercial soils these days and evenm the more marijuana orientated soils.

Dude you just got to leave them, trust that there are ferts already in the soil and your plant is in no way deficient, if anything you got these problems from adding too much ferts, water and messing around. Plant, soil water and simple. Even for a first time grower i recomend he not add ferts for a very long time until he realise that soil is feeding the plant for him, would have to get much bigger before ferts etc etc.

My advice is just water and let her grow, you will learn nothing by giving ferts at this stage and so much more by not giving ferts. In pots that big i could almost do a short grow with only having to fert once or twice for the whole time from seed to harvest. Miracle grow is strong soil too anyway, should have started in weaker seedling soil and that way you can start the ferts earlier and get more control.

Listen to king he setting ya in the right direction if you did use MG with that deep of a pot you might not have to feed for like the first month unless you flush the stuffing out of that soil or took some of the nutrient balls out "what i do when i start seeds in MG" Straight water check the ph of said water. Also do you have any ventilation like exhaust in the box maybe I missed another video i will have to go back and check even tho you have so many blowing on the box its still best to have air moving through the box so theres no heat build up but you did havea grip of fans Would like to see you box setup in detail so i can get a better idea whats going on but you haven't killed em yet so your on the right track you'll make a good gardener buddy. When are you putting in those new lights you mention on kevs thread?

@ SLIM: no, i don't have a box yet.....i have it in the bedroom, i will show pix 2-morrow of it. my MOM is temperorily handicapped, broke her fibea and sevrely sprained her ankel opposite, been on the couch for 3 week now, so i take care of her, my daugter, the dog,and my responsibilities. so i was very impulsive, my next grow WILL be much better. they are under my desk basically...propped w/ mags so i can adjust the proximity of the lights and the plants. what i will do eventually is buy a refrigrator box @ u-haul for like $15. cut holes, line w/ mylar etc....

BUT WHAT I WOULD REALLY LIKE U TO HELP ME W/ IS THE LST U WHERE TALKING ABOUT ON KEVIN'S THREAD.....thanx guys. best wishes & happy growing.....joey

Dude they look a lot better and you should get a gas mask so you could be smoking in your vids ahahahahaha Yeah man they are ready now for lst but i think you should give them another week just to get more back on the healthy side maybe another node or two of new healthy growth but it really depends on how big your space is the smaller the space the sooner you want to lst. I just bend them over and stake em down man if the branch or main stem that your working with is more stiff start with a slight lst then 30min or so stake it further down but you'll get a feel for it real quick but just start slow with your tie downs as to not snap a main stem. paper clips work great also metal coat hangers when more length is need most people will tell you to wait longer to lst but they have full grow space not limited if that makes sense they dont have to worry about losing colas and such cuz you plant just wont fit anymore hahaha I'll find you a good guide for you i know there one on here just got to find it. Read over it when i find it and look up anything LST and study it

Also got one more thing to say FUCK YOU JOEY hahahahahahahah j/p buddy i couldn't help myself glad to see your catching on fast buddy!!!! Pm me if you have any ?'s and get at me before you tie em down i'll help the best i can i have some seedlings so i might be able to take pics to show you more. you play any PC games like FPS games?

TO SLIM HERE IS THE PIX OF THE GROW SPACE:

PIX 2 & 4 - is my grow space w/ the lights off. in pic # 2 u can see the fan i use to exhuast the heat given off by the lamps...i'll need another one too when i get the HPS. the 4th pic shows the air purifier w/ a U/V button and kills germs, mold spores, cig. smoke, bacteria .....anything 2 microns and larger it can filter out. if u look closley in pic 2 u can see in the back w/o the hood is a y-socket that has just a 25 watt cfl & a 60 watt plant bulb (suppose to have the full light spectrum..what a joke...probally gives off 300 lumens, but i had the room, why not?) w/ no hood.

pic 3 has just 2 42watt lights on 1 is 2700k & 1 is 5000k.....just wanted to show what the space looks like what just some lights on, no lights, and ALL LIGHTS. pic # 5 has just the 25 watt cfl & the 60 watt plant bulb.

pix 1 have all lights on 6 42watt cfl's, 1 25 watt, 1 60 watt plant bulb, plus i have a 6500k cfl on order and an HPS will be ordered next week or later this week. total lumens much over 19,000....close to 20,000 lumens. when i get the hps it'll add another, i believe 16,000 lumens + the other cfl will add 2800 more about. the last pic is from the 17th of sept. sorry. old pic


BUT THIS IS MY GROW SPACE 4 NOW.....UNTIL I GO TO U-HAUL & PICK UP A refrigirator box; it's nice, sturdy, big, and cheap.
If u look closely i have a mylar-type of material lining the back and wrapping around the sides, so it reflects the light very well. what i did not show is 2 fans that are oscillating and cirulating the air....since the weather is nice & whenever it permits....I open my window to get in fresh air and leave my door open= SO PLENTY OF AIR CIRCULATION.
I HOPE THIS HELPS....AND IF ANYONE ELSE has any input please, by all means, post. p.s- SLIM "FUCK YOU JOEY" THAT WAS HILARIOUS.....i didn't expect that, so u read that on my video thread...haha lmao! i always say if u can't laugh @ urself then u leave the job to others.
