How long can i keep seedlings in a doom before i put them in the growroom ? Trying to make sure i'm rite and i don't want them to die

I don't keep my seedlings under a dome. What type of light are you going to put them under?
I germinate my seeds, plant them in dirt or rockwool or something and once it sprout I keep it under low intensity lighting light CFL's for a two weeks then transplant it and put it under a 400 watt metal halide.

Keep the light a reasonable distance from the plants when they are that age. 16" or so is where I start with an air-cooled reflector.

ok when looks like this can i put it in the room? this is in the mg they way bigger now

If they are bigger than that now I say go for it. Start with the light a good distance away though. If they start to stretch out then move the light closer.
Is the light air cooled? If not, I would say 16" for smaller plants with 400 watts MH would be safe.
Once the plant gets bigger, you can put it closer to the light. Hold your hand under the light right at the tops of the plants and as long as it doesn't feel really warm to you, it should be fine. Better safe than sorry though.

They are looking nice and healthy. Most definitely ready to be under the 400 watt mh.
As long as you can keep your hand right at the plant tops for an extended period of time and not have it feel uncomfortable, you are probably fine.
With mine air cooled, the plants can grow right up to the glass and it doesn't hurt them at all. If you can cool temps and good air circulation in your growing area, then try and get them a foot or so away and see how comfortable that feels on your hand.
You will have to raise your lights fairly often doing this, but it's worth it...You keep the internode length short so when they stretch out, you have more budsites along the length of the branches, which is nice when forming big fat colas.

ok i'm goin to get the aircooled hood this week but for now they under a wing wit that 400w mh to i get it and thanks alot for the help

To get an aircooled hood, you really need to buy ducting and a fan. If this is your first time and you have the temps under control, you might not want to sink such a large investment until you have a better idea of how to get the basics mastered. Just a suggestion.
But, if money isn't really an issue for your life, then by all means..

lol my temp in the room get to 85f and sometimes 82f trying to get it lower i was just going to get 2 more inline fans 4" and get a 4" aircooled hood and the ducting as well and see if the temp get lower

If you aren't exhausting the air outside of the grow space, it isn't going to change the temps.
82-85 is fine, won't really hurt anything to grow at that temperature.
What's your plan for moving the air? I have holes cut through the floor which lets me vent outside and draw fresh air from outside. If you are just moving the air in the room, it's a waste of time in my opinion.

Then tell me, where is out? Where is it bringing fresh air from?

ok well i made a room in the basement 4x4x6ft and i have the air out goin outside and the fresh air from in the house central air

So in the basement, you have a 4x4x6 room. And out of your 4x4x6 room you vent the air back into the basement?
And then you draw air in from the basement too? Or you have ducting that directly connects to the central air?

the out vent is outside and the in air is from the central air in the house

The out vent is outside what???? The 4x4x6 room, the basement, to outside, what do you mean dude?
The central air is from the house...what does this mean? Again, is there just a vent in the room basement near your room, inside the room, ducted, what??? You gotta be specific man.
I am taking my time to help you, please think about it a little bit, take some time yourself to think and then respond so you're sure I understand what you mean. Make sense?
