First pic is Moon Beam as of 8 this morning, the 3 after that are as of about 30 min ago. The last one is her set up: a 23 watt 6500K cfl 2-3 inches above her and a 23 watt 3000K off to the side and a symetrical setup about 5 inches next to her for her sister. What happened in the last12 hers that her leaves are like this? I can't belive it's over watering, could I not be watering her enough? or is it just time for a bigger home? Anyone?

I find those brown pots wick moisture out of the soil and leave it way too dry way too quick.they are very absorbant and they draw the moisture to outer layer of pot where it drys very quickly. I switched out all and have never used since.
Just an idea.

Could heat do that to them? I finally got a thermometer for them, the room us about 80 degrees, right by the plants is about 90.

They look like they need to be watered, and in those pots, I would check often if you are having a temp of 90. I also would try to lower that temp to something around 75-78. Just what I would do, maybe others think different, but don't think anyone will argue with the fact the temp is too high. The looks of the pics though is too dry not enough water. How does the dirt feel? :) Good Luck!

good luck hope the dank knocks on your door.......
So far, no improvement. I've transplanted her into a bigger home, I've added Superthrive to her water, shes in the direct path of a fan now, and the temp now only ranges between 78 and 82. All she's done so far is get worse, I don't know what else to do.

what kind of soil? I usually don't add anything do seedlings. Just water. Also how were the roots? where there a bunch? What size pot did you put it in? Not sure that is what it needed. Maybe stop with the superthrive. Giving it stuff isn't always helpful! :) I sure hope it turns around for you, you have others going too?

Doesn't that stuff come with time release ferts that feed for up to 9 months? Also it has water holding crystals that will hold water and release as needed, or so its suppose to. LOL......Maybe that stuff is the problem, and didn't you say you were giving it ferts on top of the time release ferts in the soil? If your soil has time release in it, DO NOT give anything else but water! You might want to start a new the thread and ask about your soil, I am not 100% sure on soil stuff, so best to ask someone else, but from the sounds of the stuff it might be worth some looking in to. Not saying you can't use it, but you have to be careful. I use MG potting mix for veg stage, and only give it water. When I flower I go to a bigger pot and put in organic soil that has no time release stuff and I feed it while it flowers. The Miracle Gro has time release but it only feeds for UP TO 3 months, so by the time I get to flower and put in bigger pot with different soil all the time release is used up and I switch to a flowering fert. I hope I have been a little help if any! Good Luck!

Don,t use superthrive on your baby plants, i did it when i had seedlings like yours and it fucked up the roots and killed them, you should wait until there bigger to use that, if at all.
