Nirvana's Bubblelicious hates me...

I keep fucking it up one way or another 9 out of 10 regulars germed... and it seems like since then about one a week dies... I'm down to 6, 2 of them don't look good and 1 of 4 good looking survivors those just got mauled by a slug that I then found dead beside the pot...

I'm currently growing 13 other strains and this is the second worst lot I've got going, it's performing just a slight bit better than KC Brains KC45...

The other 2 nirvana strains I'm doing are thriving, except for a Blue Mystic plant that died shortly after sprouting...

Bubblelicious can't really be this hard to grow?

I've got all the UFO's growing beautifully, all the Hollands hope from marijuana-seeds.nl going well, all of the Holy Smokes Seeds are going well, the other nirvana strains, the only two strains I'm having trouble with are KC Brains KC45 and Nirvanas Bubblelicious...

It is frustrating that I just can't keep to keep them alive when everything else is thriving... They look good one day then the next they're dead...

I use nirvana seeds as well, my cloning problem ended up being my tap water 350 ppm tds and 8.5 out of the tap switched to ro water and havent lost a clone since,i would check the tds of your water. also azos from extreme gardening works excellent for cloning and vegging but DONT use it in flowering...

I guess I'm going to have to do something, I was really looking forward to trying the Bubblelicious and I can't have them all die on me. It'd make me feel bad... I'm using water pumped straight out of a well so I guess that might be the culprit... I just can't believe my crappy luck with this strain, I had two little Swiss Cheese seedlings get heavily damaged outside because of a storm and they bounced back great, I'm just at a loss as to why it's being so picky... Maybe I'm just not cut out for growing what Nirvana would call a Moderately difficult plant...

its not you !!!! its something thorwing the plants off get a total dissolved solids meter (ppm) meter under your running tap u use and record the tds and the p h mine came out of 350 pm 8.5 ph high but not toxic definety hurt my crops i would get a good harvest then a decent harvest then a shitty one,i thought i just didnt have the stuff to grow ,until i tested my water and since i havent had any growing issues side the norm, just watch and feed till harvest pretty kewl instead of being chaotic all the time,i installed a reverse osmosis filter and has changed everything around.... for the best..

I start all seedlings and clones inside then put outside ,remember they need to adjust to the outside elements and temps, put in shade then slowly move then into the sun....there very fragile in those stages..

They had a little greenhouse style grow box I knocked up out the back... It was their first overnight stay and I thought they'd be fine except I was away from home the night that the storm came and hurt my babies... Turns out I'm not as good at making things as I seem to think I am...

You should have seen me haul arse a few nights later, I heard the thunder and a crack of lightning then in an instant another downpour, I jumped up and out of bed in my undies ran outside into the freezing cold rain and dragged my 91 seedlings in their box to safety under cover... I was not so sure that my second attempt at crafting a weather proof box would hold...

i ran Bubblelicous a long time ago, germed well and grew strong, strongest strain i grew at the time since i almost always had bagseed. yields large and takes alot of nutes. above average potency and nice pheno's, pretty unstable.

7.5 overall strain.

are you using fems or autos? nirvana is notoriously bad with those.

it could be too that your beans are just old as i thought bubblicious was discontinued. i never flowered mine, but had 100% germs back in the day when i still couldn't contain my longing to get high after 25 years of indica contempt.

Mine were great plants, but the seeds i got were regular, and gave me a bunch of phenos, and i kept myself a mother of the highest yielder, which happened to be the strongest smeller and one of the most potent of the 6 or so females i had from it, i cant tell you what the genetics are like these days because i grew out Aurora Indica after the Bubblelicious and i regrew aurora indica this summer and it was much less favorable than my last run, and they did shitty outdoors compared to the Nirvana Blue Mystics i ran alongside them, 2 females out of a 10 pack on ai compared to 6 strong females from the Bluemystic. nirvana seems to change parents of their strains and not bother to stabilize most of their stuff.

AGGRREEEEEDDD..... from my experience, mine was a monster. beautiful smell, easy to grow, 100 percent germ rate. I grew out the fem'd and all the phenos were very similar. great producer. the highest yielding plant i've grown to date. basically repeating what Omg saying. You shouldn't have many problems growing no matter what level of experience you have.
i concur with you my man .... 7.5 for sure. Lacks a bit of kick, or just maybe not my speed of smoke.....but IT'S A GREAT FUCKING PLANT.

Well I am going to have to check my water then cause they keep dropping like flies... if it keeps up like this they're all going to be dead before I even see a flower...

If you are growing in potting soil, don't use soil that has been sitting for a long time. Good potting soil has all kinds of microbes in the soil. If you let it sit for months without using, the microbes will eat up all the nutrients and leave you with terrible soil that kind of resembles beauty bark.

I had a lot of fun with papaya. A really good strain that lets you hunt out the best phenos. Took me a while to figure out which I liked the best, but in the end I was glad I made the purchase from them and integrated a pheno into my breedings. I have not been able to get another run with Nirvana but I look forward to the future when I can. Cheers and All the best m8!

I added some fish emulsion to their feeding and 4 of the 6 Bubblelicious seedlings bounced back and are looking great and all of the KC 45's have improved enormously... the other 2 Bubblelicious plants including the 1 partially eaten by the slug aren't showing any signs of improvement so I'm guessing part of my problem was some sort of a micro nutrient deficiency..? If I get the balls I might put some pictures up... also who should I ask to move this to the plant problems section as it is obviously in the wrong area..?
