Take a look at my journal. There are better techniques then the one I employ without a doubt. I simply bend a branch and tie it over. Check check my journal you'll see.

it's not hard to do mss... as you can see in my pix, i like to start early, and while i have them in the solo cups still... i just punch a hole in the cups and use some bread bag ties to hold them, and just work my way around the outside of the solo cups.. when i get far enough around, i know it's time to transplant them into bigger containers..
if you have any direct questions, don't be afraid to pm me and i'll try and help you out as much as i can..

like mr author fonzerelli used to say, exacta mundo, lol... yah, instead of supercropping where you're pinching the stem, with lst you just tie it down, and like you said, much less stress that way..
i still like to super crop later in flowering when things are getting tall though, and it doesn't seem to stress them out nearly as much as what some people would like you to believe..

thats hella clean! I think mine will look similar to that but a little smaller cause im in 3 galon pots but the strain that i have gets hudge so im excited. how much did one of those plants pull?
I have no idea. I never know how much my shit yields. I don't keep any type of scales around. The way I usually judge my yields is either "I got plenty until next harvest", or "holy shit, I'm gonna have to flower early this time".

At least a couple ounces I'd say. Kept me high for several weeks and I smoke all day everyday.
