It depends on the strain. If it's purple then you are probably fine.
Red can be an indication of a def, but it's also variable. Some strains exhibit unusual coloring.
I have a strain running that has deep purple stems and stalks.

some of the stalk is green and some of it's purple on blue cheese & royal flush i seen a posted on it so i looked and don't kow if that was good at all so i asked u lol did u see the pic ? rr is doing real good looking good any way lol how your rr doing ?

She looks over-watered to me.
The plant shouldn't droop that much. It seems like your plant consistently droops a bit. I would back off on the watering and let it dry out a bit more.
Is that what it always looks like?
My RR is doing good, on it's second true set of leaves. Still really small and not much to see.
Once you have seen one healthy seedling, you have seen them all.

That one looks thirsty. Try and get a feel for the weight of the pot and next time, water just a bit sooner.
