merge it with the ron paul threads?maybe you should merge this with all the other Ron Paul threads...<just saying that because you'd say the same thing If I made the same post> Im actually working on a remix video kind of like this...cept with the word obamacare
i can see it is only 47 seconds long.Yea but the thumbnail preview has a picture of Ron Paul so that means you probably wouldn't of watched it and then you would of copy and pasted that from your notepad. (ok maybe not that)
name anytime in the last 60 years taxes here have been lowerSo Uncle Buckie ...
Nice try at demeaning the Republican candidates. Because of Herman Cain and Ron Paul, the conversation has turned to reducing taxes and/or completely dismantling our current slave tax system. I have just one question for you, Uncle Buckie .... What part of liberty frightens you?
so all we have to do to attain liberty is to not pay taxes? So Uncle Buckie ...

WTF? Why limit it to the past 60 years? Let's go to prior 1913.name anytime in the last 60 years taxes here have been lower
You don't get it Uncle Buckie. I don't have an issue with taxes. I have an issue with the tax SYSTEM. A tax on labor is ownership of the portion that is taxed. What would you call a system whereby another entity owns a portion of your labor, Uncle Buckie? There's definitely a word for it. Think, Uncle Buckie ... think. What's the word??so all we have to do to attain liberty is to not pay taxes?
fucking genius shit there.
Deprave ... You know that I'm with you when it comes to taxation on income, but in view of the 16th Amendment, what are you basing your "unconstitutional" argument on?Income taxes are unconstitutional and they are technically illegal, you can get out of taxes if you get a good lawyer or know what your doing.
Bar the last 60 years........Much of human civilization was not burdened with income taxes. The government collected money with tariffs and trade and they did just fine. The Income tax is THEFT!
i think you're trying to get me to say slavery. You don't get it Uncle Buckie. I don't have an issue with taxes. I have an issue with the tax SYSTEM. I am basing it on our founding fathers, the 5th amendment, the declaration of Independence, the beginning of the revolutionary war, pre-irs, pre-fed, pre-1916, and pre-1931. (and thats just for starters)Deprave ... You know that I'm with you when it comes to taxation on income, but in view of the 16th Amendment, what are you basing your "unconstitutional" argument on?
The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides that a person shall not be "deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law . . . ." The U.S. Supreme Court stated in Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R., 240 U.S. 1, 24 (1916), that "it is . . . well settled that [the Fifth Amendment] is not a limitation upon the taxing power conferred upon Congress by the Constitution; in other words, that the Constitution does not conflict with itself by conferring upon the one hand a taxing power, and taking the same power away on the other by limitations of the due process clause." Further, the Supreme Court has upheld the constitutionality of the summary administrative procedures contained in the Internal Revenue Code against due process challenges, on the basis that a post-collection remedy (e.g., a tax refund suit) exists and is sufficient to satisfy the requirements of constitutional due process. Phillips v. Commissioner, 283 U.S. 589, 595-97 (1931).
You voluntarily "signed a form and shit?" Right, Uncle Buckie. When you started your first job, assuming of course that you've ever had a job, you were told in order to have that job you had to get a social security card and would have taxes extracted from your wages. If you didn't sign up, you wouldn't have gotten the job. If you and/or your employer tried to opt out of the system, you would find the gun of government sticking in your ear. You didn't volunteer shit ... you were forced.i think you're trying to get me to say slavery.
in that case, i will ask you how many slaves consent to slavery?
last time i checked, none of my wages got taxed unless i voluntarily signed a form and shit.
there was no gun to my head. no one forced me to sign a W2. no one CAN force you to sign a W2. you have to sign it of your own volition. You voluntarily "signed a form and shit?" Right, Uncle Buckie.
