Can I start to flower this plant?

It's a critical + and I have been vegging it for about 3 weeks now, I have about 20 inches of vertical room for the plant to grow in and I really want to see this baby through to harvest, I don't really care too much about the yield. It's about 5-6" high now so following the rule of thumb that the plant will get 3X bigger in veg I should flower it right? Thanks for any help you can provide guys

i'd give it another week or 2 , do a little LST to keep it short for your grow cab

Wait a minute. I'm just finishing a straight 12/12 and mine wound up at an 18" ht. However, they were a foot tall upon pre-flower. You sure those will increase by 300%?.

3x is a lot, probably more like 2x. Depends on strain, lighting, temp, etc.


If it starts getting too tall for your 20 inch space, just bend it over.

LST FTW. My last grow I made one plant 3 feet wide and about 1 foot high. It's the plant in the picture. However you can go 12/12 from seed so it's up to you.
