Fluorescent Tube Mounting...Vertical or Horizontal?

Using CFL's overhead.
Wanting to mount fluorescent on walls.
What is best for growth....vertical or horizontal?
Was planning on vertical all around the walls (about 10 of em')

vertical will give you great sidelighting , horizontal will give you top lighting .. either is great .. but since your using cfl's on top i would suggest the vertical for your tubes

I think you mean vertical or horizontal mount to the wall. I would say horizontal to give the most efficient side lighting. Assuming you are using 4 ft tubes and growing 2-3 ft tall plants......

Due to the lack of space I am very limited.
I will be using 18" T8s' in a MASSIVE 6sq./ft. space. lol
The setup below is half the area. I will be removing the right wall opening the unit up into one. (was using two different areas for two grows at once, but found out that I need more space!)
The reflective material is 3M Reflective Adhesive, made to reflect fluorescent light! (Hope it was worth it)
